  • It was around midnight last night when I made it home from picking up Keaton. Campbell did jump in the car and ride with me on this late night excursion so that did make it more fun. Keaton had lots of fun on her lake day with some friends-lots of fun and apparently no sunscreen. She wasn't as red this morning as I thought that she would be so that was a good thing.
  • This morning Keaton and Campbell had the offering. This was a new spot so they were in the front section-this was easy for Campbell because that is where she sits; however, Keaton sits in the way top of the balcony. All through the prayer this morning before the offering, I was peeking to see if Keaton was indeed going to make it to her section in time-she did with a few moments to spare.
  • After church, we went to get gas before going to Grannymom's house for lunch. Without the college kids (Lilly, Reagan, and Anderson) we were able to get around the dining room table today. We ate and visited for a while before heading home for our afternoon siestas. It does crack me up that most of the kids take a Sunday afternoon nap. (Now my Whitman has never been a napper-when he was little he wasn't a napper, and he is the only one that can stay up all night long too.)
  • Campbell and Graham went to Rock Creek this evening for church. They made it home just as supper was ready for us and the Wilsons. We had beans, cornbread, jambalaya, and peanut butter brownies. We visited until it was time to end the weekend and start the week!
  • I did get a short report for Anderson-he said that the weekend was pretty good. He was getting tired of all of the Wow activities and meetings. His group went to Park Hill today, and he enjoyed that church. I have also tracked him, and I know that he is enjoying all of his time playing pickleball and basketball over the last few days.  Reality will come on Tuesday when classes start.
