Highlights from today: (click here for pictures)

  • Breakfast in the car from Burger King-this way we are able to arrive a church a few minutes early.  We even had time to sit in the car for a few minutes before heading in (gotta love that new mom parking!)
  • Reagan was thrilled to wear her fancy dress to church this morning-she thought she looked like a princess and she even noticed that everyone at church said that she looked like a princess
  • Playing at Grandpa's house a little bit before lunch-Graham is feeling even better today so he enjoyed playing
  • Heading downtown for the March for Life-Graham woke up just as we boarded the bus to the start of the march.  He looked around and just smiled-these Dennie kids love a bus ride!
  • Walking with all of the other people to the "water tower" (Reagan confuses the capitol building with a water tower).  Anderson was delighted to see the police cars and motorcycles-probably because he was a little concerned that we were walking in the middle of the street
  • Playing in the grass of the capitol-the big kids played chase and were devastated when it was time to leave.   Dad promised that we would come back again to play
  • Naps for Campbell and Graham while Reagan and Anderson watched a few movies on the couch
  • Dropping Dad off at church for a meeting and picking up McDonalds to eat in Pop's office.
  • Anderson going to Reagan's class tonight-he was so excited to go with her (now, what are we going to do next week?)
  • Going to "Ridge's party" and eating a few snacks with Grannymom, Grandpa, Nonna, Pops and Jason before heading home to bed

  • Campbell waking up twice last night-Dad fed her the first time and Mom fed her next-this was Campbell's first night to sleep in a house without a Christmas tree
  • Waffles for breakfast-our Saturday morning tradition
  • Graham is feeling much better today-or at least he didn't scream all morning.  His nose is still runny but he enjoyed the day
  • Reagan, Campbell and Mom going to Nathan's birthday party at Nathan's house.  Campbell slept the entire time while Reagan enjoyed the party.  Cupcakes, necklaces, a piñata and even playing a Handy Manny game (which Reagan didn't play since she was acting shy).  Reagan turned her shyness off when it came to grabbing the piñata candy-Mom even had to make her share some with her friends
  • Anderson, Graham and Dad going to Ian's birthday party at Gymboree.  Everyone was enjoying the party until the birthday boy fell.  He even got to ride in an ambulance to the ER (His Mom left a message tonight and he was just fine).  The party kind of slowed down afterwards but they did still have some cake
  • Everyone meeting together at On the Border for some lunch.  Anderson and Graham at their weight in rice.  By the time lunch was over, Campbell was getting very hungry and ready to get out of her car seat.
  • Naps for everyone but Campbell needed 2 bottles before she decided to take her nap again
  • Anderson and Graham playing cars after nap-Anderson can remember crazy details about when he got his cars and where we have taken them.  But he still forgets to go potty!
  • Everyone playing at Grannymom and Grandpa's house tonight while Mom and Dad went out to eat at Benihana’s -- Campbell slept while everyone else had baths (first the boys and then Reagan).  They also played with every one of Grannymom's toys
  • Coming home and going to bed-Reagan and Anderson call Mom and Dad upstairs 2-100 times each night.  Tonight one of their so important questions was "is our house made of wood?"

  • A very rough morning for Graham-Mom held him while he just screamed
  • A rough morning for Anderson-he must not feel too well since he had a very hard time listening to Mom-which led to a few spankings
  • A good morning for Campbell-she was up 2 times last night-so she made up a little sleep
  • A good morning for Reagan who worked on drawing all of the Disney Princess' and working in her workbook
  • Cinnamon rolls for breakfast around 10-Anderson was very excited to help make them
  • Graham taking a very early and long morning nap after which he felt much better as well
  • Sandwiches for lunch and then everyone heading to Sams
  • Walking around Sams, looking at the cakes, playing in the water fountains, sitting on the couch watching a movie and picking up medicine for Graham.  Yesterday, the doctor said that he didn't yet have an ear infection but prescribed us medicine to fill later if he was still sickly.  After Graham fussing in the middle of the night and after the morning him and Mom had, she was willing to see if the meds would help
  • Afternoon naps for everyone-Reagan woke up first and laid with Mom to watch a few movies.  The boys were much, much happier after their naps
  • Everyone helping Mom make Mac and Cheese Muffins (a recipe from Reagan's magazine)-Anderson was so excited when we found the recipe-they turned out ok but no one really ate any...probably because they heard we were going out to eat
  • Dad telling Anderson that we were going to eat at Chick-fil-a and he asked if Mr. Greg was going to be there.  He wasn't, but everyone still had a good time.  Graham can climb up by himself and was very proud of himself.  A little girl kept trying to "help" Graham-so Reagan came up and pushed Graham away from her and soon Anderson was right there helping his little brother get away as well.
  • Reagan and Anderson getting to stay up a little late before going to bed

  • Campbell waking up only at 4 and Graham woke up very fussy around 7
  • Everyone getting ready for school except Graham.  He stood at the front door holding his backpack and cried when Reagan, Anderson and Dad left for school-he still had fever
  • Campbell waking up to play with Graham a little before his doctor's appointment.  The doctor said that he just has a cold and no ear infections yet...
  • A trip to Walmart to pick up more tylenol before naps for Graham and Campbell
  • Campbell and Graham hanging out at Grannymom's house while Mom picked up Anderson and Reagan
  • Reagan said that she had turned in more homework than anyone else in her class-she is going to love school
  • Playing outside this afternoon for a little bit and then wrapping a few presents for our birthday parties on Saturday
  • Supper at American Pie Pizza-and they had games there! Graham was so excited to see the games that he wanted down to play too
  • Graham going to bed first tonight-his fever is a little better and Reagan and Anderson played until bedtime (they seem to play so well at night right before bedtime-maybe they are trying to stay up late)

Highlights from today: (click here for pictures)

  • Mom and Dad going to bed early last night and it was a good thing since they were up at 12 (Graham), 1 (Campbell and Graham) and 5 (Campbell)
  • Graham still feverish today-Mom never checked it but it was probably around 101+  He just wanted Mom to hold him most of the morning long so it was around 10:30 before Mom could get showered, get everyone dressed and get downstairs for breakfast
  • Nonna coming over to play while Mom and Reagan got their hair cut-Nonna even made spam and potatoes for lunch
  • Graham asking Nonna to take him to bed and Anderson even getting so tired that he had Nonna tuck him for a nap (but then he heard Mom come in and yelled for Nonna to get him out)
  • Reagan, Anderson and Campbell napping while Graham woke up-he laid on the couch with Mom for awhile (Mom even went to sleep but woke quickly when Graham wasn't there-he was helping cover up Campbell-mostly her head-Mom will never sleep again!)
  • Reagan and Dad going to church tonight-Mom asked how Cubbie was tonight.  Reagan replied "I think Dad did him since I saw him go in the room and then he wasn't there"-hmmm, Mom and Dad didn't think she knew the puppets weren't real.
  • Mom giving the boys a bath while feeding Campbell-the water was pretty cold which could be a bad thing but after that bath, Graham didn't have much a fever anymore
  • Medicine and bed for Graham while Campbell and Anderson waiting on Dad and Reagan to come home

  • Campbell only waking up one time last night-woohoo!  (Mom was very glad too since she seems to have the boys cold)
  • Dad taking everyone to school today-Graham fussed as usual but quieted down fairly soon
  • Campbell and Mom taking it easy this morning.  Campbell played in her elephant gym-Mom thinks that she even hit the toys a few times
  • A few errands for Mom and Campbell and then picking everyone up from school
  • On the way home, Reagan told Mom that she couldn't play when we came home, she had to do her homework first (Mom is not even sure if it is really homework, but we do turn it in the next time we go to school)
  • Anderson's school note said that he taught the class how to play "duck, duck, goose" today-he was very proud of himself
  • Graham taking a nap this afternoon-his cold must be a little worse since he has a little bit of fever now
  • Reagan and Anderson decided that they needed to wear their bathing suits this afternoon-who knows why
  • Supper with Dad and then playing with all of our toys and taking a few pictures before playing a few rounds of duck, duck, goose before bed
