Dennie Kids: January 16, 2010

Highlights from today: (click here for pictures)

  • Campbell waking up twice last night-Dad fed her the first time and Mom fed her next-this was Campbell's first night to sleep in a house without a Christmas tree
  • Waffles for breakfast-our Saturday morning tradition
  • Graham is feeling much better today-or at least he didn't scream all morning.  His nose is still runny but he enjoyed the day
  • Reagan, Campbell and Mom going to Nathan's birthday party at Nathan's house.  Campbell slept the entire time while Reagan enjoyed the party.  Cupcakes, necklaces, a piñata and even playing a Handy Manny game (which Reagan didn't play since she was acting shy).  Reagan turned her shyness off when it came to grabbing the piñata candy-Mom even had to make her share some with her friends
  • Anderson, Graham and Dad going to Ian's birthday party at Gymboree.  Everyone was enjoying the party until the birthday boy fell.  He even got to ride in an ambulance to the ER (His Mom left a message tonight and he was just fine).  The party kind of slowed down afterwards but they did still have some cake
  • Everyone meeting together at On the Border for some lunch.  Anderson and Graham at their weight in rice.  By the time lunch was over, Campbell was getting very hungry and ready to get out of her car seat.
  • Naps for everyone but Campbell needed 2 bottles before she decided to take her nap again
  • Anderson and Graham playing cars after nap-Anderson can remember crazy details about when he got his cars and where we have taken them.  But he still forgets to go potty!
  • Everyone playing at Grannymom and Grandpa's house tonight while Mom and Dad went out to eat at Benihana’s -- Campbell slept while everyone else had baths (first the boys and then Reagan).  They also played with every one of Grannymom's toys
  • Coming home and going to bed-Reagan and Anderson call Mom and Dad upstairs 2-100 times each night.  Tonight one of their so important questions was "is our house made of wood?"
