Dennie Kids: November 2, 2010

Highlights from today: (click here for pictures)

  • School morning and everyone had to be woken up this morning even Campbell.  Surprisingly, Anderson woke up in a semi good mood and was willing to get his clothes on
  • Mom whipped out her phone and started to call Dad this morning when Anderson refused to go into his class but then she remembered that Dad was on the other side of town struggling dropping off Graham who also refuses to go into his room (Mom isn’t fooling around on Thursday and she is taking her spanking spoon)
  • Reagan made a piece of pumpkin pie for her craft project and even had a bite of pie-she said she didn’t like it.  Anderson got to see a real live tarantula in his class.  Graham told Mom that he went to play in the gym and played with balls.  Campbell was as happy as she could be today (as always)
  • Nonna picking up Reagan and Anderson and they spent their time watching Charlie Brown and playing with legos.  Mom picked up Graham and Campbell.  Graham told Mom that he didn’t want to go to Nonna’s house-he wanted to go to his home and get his milk
  • Everyone playing tea party/wedding this afternoon-which involved Reagan putting on a pretty dress, Sunday shoes and lots of hairbows.  The boys are in charge of the punch (water) and they pour it into the tea set.  Teapot and teapot full of water are drank, spilled, spit out and thrown by the end of the tea party/wedding.
  • Pasta for supper and the kids gobbled it down-seriously, everyone one of them gobbled it down.  Campbell couldn’t pick it up fast enough.  After the pasta, we all went to vote.  Reagan got to fill in some of the circles on Mom’s ballot and Anderson put Dad’s ballot in the machine.  And everyone left with stickers.
  • After voting, we went to Grannymom’s house for a little bit.  We changed into our pajamas and then played until time to go home and head to bed
