• Today was soccer camp for my kiddos and they were up early and ready to start their day.  Keaton did sneak into our bed and tried her best to get both of us to stay a bit longer.  We had breakfast and then it was off to Raymar.
• Whitman left with Robby to go to Grannymom's house for the day.  Whitman would go anywhere with Robby as long as they get to go in the red van.  Tonight Robby asked if Whitman wanted to go to work with him tomorrow and he said he sure did-he just wants to ride in that van!
• I arrived at Raymar and the kids were so excited to join the others.  Before dropping them off, I sprayed them down with sunscreen hoping that it would last all day long.  Robby is the one who picked them up and he said that they all had a great time.  They told him all about the day-snacks, prizes, games (even a spelling bee), soccer drills and chick fil a sandwiches.  Everyone wasn't tired at all when Robby arrived to pick them up but they were ready for a huge slushy!
• Nonna and I had spent the morning on a shopping trip.  I was able to find quite a few items for my belated birthday shopping trip and we were even able to have lunch out before Robby met me back at Nonna's house with the kids.
• From there, we went to Grannymom's house to pick up Whitman.  He had spent the morning with Grannymom and even did some grocery shopping and ice cream eating.  He was already wearing his bathing suit and was ready to go when we arrived.
• We then swam for about 2 hours-Keaton has picked back up how to swim with out her floatees so that is a good thing (except now, she only wants for me to be in the pool with her so she can swim back and forth to me and the steps-only problem is that the pool is still very cool for me.)  We kept all of our teeth today while swimming so that was a good thing and when we were finished, we hurried home.
• Robby was ready to take Anderson to his soccer party at Larry's pizza-there were only 2 other kids there but Anderson didn't care.  He still had lots of fun and Robby and him enjoyed a good meal.  The other kiddos were just handed a hot dog as they ran around the house.  The neighbors were outside so that means that all of my kiddos were too.
• Neighbor man was washing his truck and spraying the kids as they rode near by.  All of the other kids would ride through the mist but Campbell would just stop in the water until she was soaking wet.  At some point, Keaton was sprayed at about the same time that Reagan plowed into her and knocked her down.
• Graham was at the door, hollering for me saying "we have an accident, not like last time though."  So to the garage I went to find Keaton sobbing and soaking wet.  I was telling her that she was ok and could get dry clothes when the poor neighbor man walked up holding Keaton's bike.  He felt horrible and was so apologetic even though I tried my best to reassure him that she was fine and just tired.  After Keaton's shower, she went back outside but trust me, she is staying far away from neighbor man.
• Anderson and Robby came home and everyone that had not showered, had their shower and then we watched a short movie while I cut out stuff for VBS.  Then it was bedtime-my kiddos were tired, tired from this busy day and tomorrow is just as busy!

• Anderson and I again woke up early this morning for today's dentist appointment.  Anderson was a bit nervous before this one and was pretty worried about getting a shot before any dental work.  I assured him that it would be fine and thankfully he did not have to have a shot at all.  When his work was finished, Jolley said that Anderson was a perfect patient.
• The dentist did warn me that the filling wouldn't last forever and that boys would be boys.  But it sure did look good and was great to have Anderson's old smile back.  Too bad that old smile only lasted for about 8 hours!  This afternoon Anderson was diving into the pool and when he came up, he was shouting "my tooth, my tooth."  Yep, the large chunk of his new filling came right out!  I guess it is a good thing that Anderson is such a good dental patient-because he will get to do it all again.  (All of his sensitive nerves are covered so it doesn't bother him at all but now it is just the hassle.)
• While Anderson and I were at the dentist, Nonna and Pops came over and cooked up some wonderful pancakes.  The kids enjoyed them and ate just about every single one of them-they only left me one for my breakfast.  After breakfast, Whitman and Pops cuddled up on the couch and watched some Thomas the Train.  Nonna played a few games with the kids and even made a craft with the girls.
• Once they left, we started on our school work for the day.  We worked on our science for a little bit (I am beginning to think that we will never finish it!) Once that was finished, we all started on lunch and chores.  After eating, Reagan helped everyone make pudding and top it with oreos and gummy worms.  
• We then had few minutes to work on our chores before we loaded up for the swimming pool.  On the way, we stopped by a car wash-the kids all love a car wash and they especially loved the lollipops that we were handed before we went through.  Anderson didn't let Whitman have his because he urged Whitman to be a big boy which he was.
• Then it was on to the pool-the Kamps and Crafts were there and so will Lilli.  A whole lot of other people were there too so all the kids had someone to play with.  Things went swimmingly well until the end when Anderson's tooth did come out, Reagan's goggles were left at the bottom of the pool after we all had to get out and she would not ask to jump in and get them (her brother had to ask for her) and then we couldn't find Lilli's goggles anywhere.  
• All of this faded when we arrived home and Robby had supper prepared for us. We all ate and then the kids headed outside to play.  We had almost decided that the neighbors weren't going to come outside at all but eventually they did so all of my kiddos went right outside (except Anderson, who has not yet gotten back on his bike)
• At dark, we called everyone in and soon all of my kiddos were in bed-tomorrow is soccer day camp!

• Whitman was the first one up and knocked continuously on his door until I went to let him out.  When I was about to open the door, I asked "who is it?" He quickly replied, "Momma, let me out of here." Then he told me to get out of that (my bed) and that it is was wake up time.
• Robby helped put his clothes on him and soon Graham was asking me which set of clothes were his.  By this time, I was in the shower and when he asked, I said "Graham is green" meaning that he had the green shirt.  This must have confused him greatly because he would repeat it back to me, asking "I am green?"  I was already finished with my shower when the boy finally understood that yes, he was supposed to put on the green shirt.
• Robby fed everyone and soon we were all rushing to the car.  Robby had to be at church a few minutes early to practice for the Lord's Supper.  Because of this, he was also wearing a coat and this caused all kinds of confusion with the kids since they have not seen him wear a coat in years.
• Since Robby was sitting elsewhere serving the Lord's Supper, I was alone with the kids during church.  Things were going splendidly until the end-I had to separate Graham and Campbell and briefly thought of sending them out for their father to deal with.  I wonder if the sweet old ladies behind me could hear me reprimanding my kids during the last few songs.
• Lunch was at Nonna's house-sandwiches which we all loved.  Then the kids played Wheel of Fortune (their new game from Savers) until it was time to head home.  Once at home, Robby ran off to help move a fridge for a friend.  I had just laid down on the floor to rest when the kids turned on an interesting tv show so I moved to the couch to watch some of it.
• Once Robby returned, I just had a bit of time before I had to leave for a meeting at church.  While I was meeting, Robby and the kids went down the road to swim at a friend's house.  We had been wanting to go and see their house since they are handy and have redone practically all of the inside of their home.  
• After the kids swam for an hour or so and we were given the tour of their entire home, we headed home.  The Wilsons came over for hamburgers and the fixings.  The kids all enjoyed playing but I do think that they enjoyed the popcorn and then ice cream much more than anything else this evening-I do know that the grownups enjoyed the ice cream.
• Once the Wilson's left, we picked up and the kids went to bed and it was so late that we didn't even have ourselves another bowl of ice cream before we went to bed.

• At 7:01, Graham and Campbell came down the stairs.  We know that for sure because the alarm chimed-Robby had set the alarm to ding if their motion sensor upstairs was activated last night because Whitman was sleeping in his bed upstairs (no, not his big boy bed, just his crib.)  I have no idea why my Graham wakes up every single day at 7-he needs some benedryl or something before bed.  
• Anderson was across town also waking up at 7.  Cash and he did stay up until midnight-or so they said.  Anderson did said that he took a picture late last night just to show us how late it was.  The clock on his kindle picture said "10:40"-those crazy boys!
• When we all started stirring at home, the kids ate their breakfast all except for Reagan.  We never really saw her this morning because she was finally getting her chance to sleep in.  Before too long I was on my way to get Anderson from Grannymom's house. 
• After picking him up, we headed to Savers where I picked up two shirts for the boys and then I found a game for the littles and Anderson found a game for him, Reagan and Graham.  He found Wheel of Fortune and on the way home, he was looking at the box and said "the people on the box must have been the first people on the show."  Nope, I explained that it was just Pat and Vanna when they were young.
• We then ran to Target and then home.  Everyone at home were outside.  The girls were lining up all of the bikes and balls and were about to open a store.  Graham was getting his hair cut and Campbell was bringing Whitman outside while explaining to him that he was going to have to sit still for Daddy.  Yep, it was haircut day for our little Dennie.  Whitman sat fairly still while Robby cut his hair and turned our baby into a little boy.  I do think that he looks mighty cute.
• After Robby finished all of the boys hair, we decided to brave the weather and head to the pool.  It was fairly cloudy but the kids were able to swim for a good while until it started raining.  And when it rained, it really rained but it never lightened so the kids were able to keep on swimming.  Lilli and Cash were there so we stayed until after supper time.
• Once we made it home, Robby grilled burgers after everyone showered and then we all had some time to watch a Ninja Warrior show before bed!

• Robby nor I slept very well last night.  I had dream after dream and most of them involved me waking up late or having to hurry off to some event but thankfully I woke up in plenty of time this morning and didn't have to hurry at all.  After I was ready, I silently went up to wake Anderson up in time so that he could have breakfast.  He told me that he didn't want anything to eat and would eat when we came back but he did want to play his kindle so that is what he did until it was time to leave.
• Graham and Campbell were just coming down the stairs when we were leaving and we were able to wave at them on our way down the driveway.  I had never been to an endodontist before but there is always a first.  I have also never had an appointment for 7:30 in the morning but there is also always a first.  The lady was very nice, took xrays and thoroughly checked Anderson's teeth.  Fairly good news in that she didn't want to do anything today.  The root of his tooth is not fully developed so hopefully if there is any damage it will heal.  We have to watch it fairly closely and return in 3 weeks for a recheck. And again, Dr. Jolley called to check on Anderson today and was pleased that he wasn't in much (if any) pain.
• Grannymom and Grandpa came to the house this morning to watch everyone while Robby headed on in to work. But we were home before Robby left but they still stayed to enjoy doughnuts which they brought to help us celebrate National Doughnut day. 
• When they left, Anderson decided that he was going to leave with them.  It was his turn to spent the night at Grannymom's house and last night during his ordeal, all he could ask was "am I still going to get to spend the night at Grannymom's house?"  I assured him that of course he would if he felt like it and he sure did.  He spent some time today playing his kindle and catching fish with Cash today.  Anderson even caught a fish which Grannymom cooked for supper. (oh, I am kidding about that part-but he did catch a fish.)
• This morning we really didn't do a whole lot around here.  The kids helped me with chores and I spent quite a bit of time pulling out school work for next year.  (Yes, I know that I have a problem  and this is the reason that my friends laugh at me but Dennie school for 2016-2017 will be all completely ready by the end of this month)
• We had lunch and then loaded up to go and see Beebee.  She was happy to see all of us and the kids were relatively calm.  Anderson is never a problem there but just having one less kiddo makes things easier.  Beebee was in a good mood and the kids were also in a good mood as they stuffed their faces full of candy.  And to their delight I also stopped by Sonic on the way home so everyone could have a drink.
• The kids played outside some this afternoon but they were mostly inside.  I tried to get on the treadmill but couldn't get the tv to work-sometimes there are just too many remotes (first world problems!) So I joined the kids in their binge watching of a cooking competition.  We continued to watch that show through supper.
• After supper, Robby took the 3 littles to the store and to Krispy Kreme to help conclude the celebration of National Doughnut day.  Reagan and Graham watched a movie with me while I also baked a few loaves of bread.  I wasn't too pleased with the batch of blueberry banana bread so I made a batch of cinnamon amish bread which so far is looking very good.

• The morning started off slowly around here and when I woke Reagan up at 8:30, she asked if just one morning I could let her sleep as late as she could.  She continued with that she wouldn't care if she had to do school in the afternoon.  I told her that was fine with me and sometime she can.  Usually, she is woken up by her sisters early but does stay in bed reading until breakfast time.
• The kids spent most of the day outside-riding bikes, playing with the neighbors, drawing self portraits with chalk and just getting hot and sweaty.  I have more dirt and more flies in my house than you can believe but these are the days that my kids will remember.
• It was a pretty normal and uneventful day most of the day.  Robby, Anderson and Whitman went to pick up Robby's lawnmower and lunch was even served outside for the kids.  At one point, Robby even made lemonade for them to all enjoy outside. (They were all really too filthy to let back in the house.)
• And around 4:30 is when our uneventful day came to a screeching halt.  Graham comes in shouting that Anderson is hurt and Robby is right behind him gathering supplies.  Anderson did a flip over the handlebars of his bike and then rolled a few times before coming to a stop.  His elbows and chin were banged up but even more exciting was his two front teeth-one chipped at an angle and the other halfway gone.
• We calmed Anderson down and brought him in to start working on his elbows.  I quickly called the dentist as Robby put ice and towels on Anderson's scraps.  Whitman was inside during all of this and he immediately started getting ice from the fridge and putting it on Anderson's knees-then eating it himself.  The other kids were peeking in the windows very concerned about their brother.
• Our wonderful dentist, Ted Jolley, spoke to me on the phone and said that I should bring him in so we quickly showered Anderson and then I headed that way.  During all of this Anderson looked up at me and asked if the ambulance was going to come and get him.  I explained that he was fine and teeth could be fixed and then I began to remind him of when Robby's teeth were knocked out when he was a kid.
• Jolley x-rayed Anderson's teeth and decided that he needed to see a specialist in the morning. That will be tomorrow's adventure of us and then back to Jolley on Monday.  They were so gracious to stay there late for us and he was very worried about Anderson's teeth.  The nerves are possibly exposed so that was causing Anderson some pain so we have been doping him up regularly.
• By the time we were heading home, Anderson was feeling well enough to try to convince me to get him a doughnut (I would have but I was in the wrong lane and by the time I could get over, we had passed the shop-tomorrow maybe though)  Robby had everyone showered and supper was almost on the table.
• Anderson was able to eat the lasagna though it is not his favorite even when he feels great but he did gobble down crackers and dessert.  A bit later in the evening, the kids noticed the neighbors again outside so they went outside to talk and Anderson was showing them and the neighborman his injuries.  While the kids were outside, Robby and I didn't have anything else to do so we rearranged our laundry room closet which lead to some more rearranging in two attics and Robby's new office.  
• Once everyone was back inside, the kids watched one last tv show before bedtime.  I think that everyone will sleep and hopefully Anderson will as well.

• Whitman was the first one up this morning and he did lay quietly in our bed for a while before he went upstairs to look for his brothers.  Anderson said that when Whitman came upstairs, Anderson asked him "who is it?" and Whitman answered back "It's me, budder."
• We had our breakfast this morning while I read a few books.
• Since Reagan wasn't here today, I let the kids skip their school work and you would have thought that I had given them a year off of school.  Reagan had spent the night at Camryn's house and then spent the day dodging rain storms at Magic Springs.  They did end up closing the park early so Reagan was back with us before supper time.  
• The highlight of this morning was Ms. Jennifer stopping by to deliver Keaton's diploma from when she missed the last day of school.  Having a teacher stop by her house was a big deal to Keaton.  Jennifer had her diploma, lots of pictures and an end of the year gift-a blow up beach ball (which is now hidden in my closet!)
• We had our lunch and then we pretty much did nothing for the rest of the afternoon.  The kids did manage to go outside right before it poured here.  I was out in the garage but did manage to let them get wet enough that they were soaking when they came in.  
• Whitman, Keaton, Campbell and I read for a long, long time this afternoon-long enough that when we were finished I needed a nap.  Soon after Reagan arrived so did Robby.  He brought us pizza for supper and after a bit, Robby and Graham headed off to Graham's Sunday school party. 
• The rest of us had our supper and then the kids went on a walk with the neighbors.  I had told them to come in at 7 and my Anderson remembered to ask the time and then I was walking out to get them as they hurriedly bicycled home.  They showered and then we watched a baking show while we waited on Robby and Graham to return home.
