Nothing like a little tree climbing!
Highlights from today: (click here for pictures)
  • It was a regular Saturday morning-everyone in Mom’s bed, a movie and then downstairs for breakfast.  Everyone had a different breakfast choice-raisins, poptart, waffle and pretzels and peanut butter.  Hey, it is Saturday.
  • Reagan did have her heart set on making muffins for breakfast but we were out of muffin mix so she found a second choice-chocolate chip cookies.  So after Mom straightened the kitchen, it was time to make cookies.  Everyone helped but Campbell was all about Mom sneaking her dough on the side.
  • Dad had to run a few errands and do a quick road check.  While he was gone, everyone decided to make a tent under the kitchen table-and they played under it for about 5 minutes until they found something else to do.
  • Reagan had a birthday party to go to and the Jump Zone.  Reagan and her friend Kennedy played on everything and had the best time.  On the way home, we made a quick stop by Sonic to pick up drinks for all of the boys back home-Campbell has even learned to drink through a straw and enjoyed some!
  • Next up was rest time for Graham and Campbell.  Graham was ready to rest since Mom told him he could play playdoh when he woke up and the first thing he said when he woke up was playdoh.  Reagan and Anderson went outside to play in what was left of the snow-they ended up swinging, trying to climb a tree and chasing Mom back in the house with snowballs
  • When they came in, they rested and the house was quiet until 5.  Soon everyone was stirring and it was time for supper.  After supper, the kids wanted a snack and Mom said they could have special drink if they cleaned up the den (quite a large task) but they finally finished and enjoyed their drinks.
  • Everyone played a little more and then watched one last video before bed.  Campbell and Mom played ball-which Campbell can say.  Graham joined us too and has even gone to bed with his football.  Reagan was deciding what team she wanted to root for tomorrow-she has picked based on colors.  Anderson picked based on the name and Graham just said the first team that Mom said.
