  • Day three of school and again everyone survived. Today we were down by one-Anderson was working out at Raymar this morning for a few hours. (Yesterday we were down by Keaton and Campbell who had a sleepover, and tomorrow Reagan will be gone since she has a sleepover tonight)
  • Reagan started her new math today-I think that it will be a good fit. It won't be easy for sure, but that is okay. There are pretty great videos that came with her math so maybe those will help when we get stuck this time.
  • Anderson made it home around 10:45 and did a bit of school work, but not that much. I guess we will be doing quite a bit of school on Friday this week. That is fine since this has been a great first week. And Whitman has been doing really well-now I have had to work with him in the afternoon. He doesn't seem to mind though and really I don't either so that may be how we have to roll this year.
  • After school, I headed to my doctor's appointment. The doctor was a about an hour and a half late. The lady at the front and the nurse did tell me that she was running late so I was aware that I was going to have to wait a while
  • When I finally finished with my appointment, I hurried home to pick hp the kids. We loaded up to head to Nonna and Pops' house to eat his yellow watermelon. Some of my kiddos aren't crazy about watermelon so Nonna did have some rice krispy treats along with her drawer of cookies.
  • Our next stop was to pick up Kennedy and then drop Reagan and her off to spend the night at a friend's house. Then it was to Rock Creek to drop the boys off for a Bible study. Finally, we made it home, and I started working on supper.
  • Soon after supper, the boys arrived home with Brett. Then Shannon and Tony came over chocolate chip cookies since today is National Chocolate Chip Cookie day. Now, just to be clear, Shannon made the cookies-I just provided the drinks (well, actually Robby did that!)
  • When they left we had some time before bedtime. I am sure that kids will be awake a long while tonight since the tooth fairy is arriving tonight. Whitman lost a tooth today-we had no idea that he even had a loose tooth.
