  • Aw, the last day of school for the week. I feel like I don't have a whole lot to talk about on the blog since we have started back to school. Our days are just full of school and little else it seems.
  • This morning did seem to fly by-even though I had less work to do with everyone today, I was still working at 12:15 with Whitman. Some days he is focused and others not so much, but every day he at least has a good time during school. His favorite is when he gets to work with a big brother or sister.
  • I guess everyone has their strengths and favorites. Reagan's writing seems to be very well while Anderson struggled some with that but is a pro at math. Graham doesn't have a problem with math and flies through his writing as well. Campbell has finally gotten her long division! And I have noticed lately that Keaton has some pretty nice handwriting when she slows down.
  • We ate lunch-I don't think that any of my kids would willing choose a sandwich. Now, I did make Whitman a grilled cheese only because he had asked for one for breakfast and didn't get it. Reagan had a toasted hamburger bun with cheese, and I think that hers was the closest anyone had to a real sandwich. I just don't know where we have gone wrong!
  • I had planned to walk on the treadmill but was distracted wtih some trip planning. I guess everyone has their priorities, but if I don't make the treadmill one of mine, I will have to have my jaw wired shut!
  • We jumped with our people today at 4. The kids went through a phase where they weren't too crazy about going to Third Realm, but right now they all love it. The little girls are getting pretty good at their gymnastics moves. We just have one week left on our passes-part of me can't wait and the other part will be a bit sad to see this activity go.
  • We all went to Reagan's soccer practice tonight. We dropped her off and went to Pinnacle. We walked on the short little trail by the playground twice and even had some time to play on the playground and throw the football.
  • Reagan once again enjoyed practice. After we picked her up, we grabbed some supper at Wendys. I ate a spicy chicken sandwich-it was good, but a bit too spicy for me. I didn't think that it would be that spicy. I had to douse it in ketchup so I could eat it. I probably should take some tums tonight...or eat some ice cream (it does about the same thing for me.)
  • Once at home, we chatted with the neighbors and Robby cut the boys hair (all but Graham's). Then it was eventually bedtime for everyone. The boys seem to still be going strong upstairs though.
